A good tattoo parlour in Brighton? Can I bring my own design?

I have to decided to get a tattoo and want to get it done in Brighton some times this summer. It's going to be something I have drawn myself, can I just bring it along and they'll do it? Also it's going to be about 6x6 cm, colour. Any ideas of prices? Thanks
