PLEASE HELP!! Symptoms: i have a white sore on my tongue (deff. not canker sore), bumps back in tonsils w/ sor

with a sore throat, diarrhea, & my ears and eyes kinda hurt. I do give oral..im only 17 so its hard to see a dr. with out my mom knowing but i do have an appt. on monday im just in a lot of pain right now and freaking out. I had a nurse look at it she said it probably just strep but to get tested for std. I dont think its strep because of this sore on my tonge about the size of an eraser on a pencil that hurts so bad sometimes i cant eat. Any ideas?
