It's finaly summer and im woried that my muscles will deplete because im not going to the gym for 6 weeks. i have spent alot of time, effort and money to finaly get some muscle on my naturaly skinny frame and im prety happy with it. how do i keep the muscles from depleting? i play basketball and thats basicaly the only cardio i do, i have weights at home aswel. if i just do a full body workout everyday with 1 set of 8 for each muscle group will i keep my muscles?
