How much should I pay for a Toyota Camry 1992 with some mechanical and minor body problems?

I'm looking at buying a 1992 Toyota Camry. The seller said that the car needs some new shockers and fixing on the drive shaft. The engine hood could not be locked (seller said due to a low speed crash). Went to see the car today, it's still OK to drive. There are a little bit of rust inside the driver's and penger side door. How much would it cost to fix? A similar running car costs $3000 to $4000 I think.
