Does the Obama Doctrine actually play against his vote on the Iraq war? ?

We cant pick and choose sertain items in what Obama has said, after all, he did say that he would try to talk to the man before he would take any action , that means any ruler, remember he doesn't want any predetermined promises before first meeting with any countries presidant or ruler. lets not pick, it's not American.
