How would you help someone that was worried about something?

the first thing i would do is keep all of your receipts, and make copies. then, i don't know how it's done in europe, but in the states , there are meters outside every residence. look on your bills, they should tell you the day your meters were read. if you have a camera, or can borrow one, take the clearest pictures of your meters. if you notice a large discrepancy between what they are charging you, and what you have seen for yourself on your meters, first get all your paperwork together, then approach the gas and electric companies with your findings. don't let them intimidate you. hire an attorney to intimidate them. they are very good at what they do.
