Do dogs get Jealous of each other? i mean older puppy to newer puppy?

yes, dogs do get jealous of eachother. but it sounds more like rough play to me. the older puppy does not know shes being too rough, take them both to pet smart puppy cles, so they can learn to play less rough. good luck.
