What is the best shampoo and conditioner?

i have brown hair thats like a bit dry at the ends but i'm cutting that off and i'm getting highl9ights my hair is long and a little thick i've tried garnier fructis in a green bottle to make hair soft i like the conditioner but the shampoo made my hair greasy so i bought tigi catwalk comfort food for dry hair and i straiten my hair i tried herbal essence dangerously strait i hated it so shoud i try nexxus if so what line??? help
