Should i cut ties with my mom?

Money sucker treat me like cheap *** son, the only thing she will love me is when i give her money otherwise she will ignore me again and also if my sister didn't give her money she will go mad and argue and in her bank has more than 80 grands and it's all our money and she never using its money but us. She promissed us to move out because is disturbances of the neighbors in the midnight, just she just canceled it and she say not enough money, fxxk her!!! bank full of money and want us to pay all and all the way she talk with me is y. please tell me should cut ties with her because this more then 5 years already, now i found a place to live with friends and i hate her so much because she always want us to pay all and not using it own money!
