Can a Sunburn Make You Nauseous?

I was at my mother's wedding a couple of days ago from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm, with a sleeveless dress on, and I was burnt from arms to back. It's very painful, which is understandable, but I have also been very nauseous since yesterday. It seems to come and go, but always comes back. Pepto Bismal is not helping. I've heard of sun poisoning, but I don't have any of the other symptoms. Is this related somehow?
