The same thing happend to me?

i dreamed about a motor bike and a radioactive object in the same night. i later saw two videos about them on youtube. One was about a motorbike stunt and the other was about a doctor revieling the truth behind uranium used in Iraq. I only watched about 5 videos on youtube that day and 2 of them happend to be those. I was really frightened. Why am i having this dreams and latter on have simular experiences in life? someone please help
