A new article on Yahoo reads, 'Santas, told to stop saying ho ho ho.' Who owns copyright to ho ho ho, hos?!

Great question!!! Let me say that I am an African American woman before I start. The Imus thing.....Over rated, out of hand, and rediculous in my opinion. The Dog thing.....Out of hand as well. DO I agree with what any of them said....No I don't, but we do live in a world of free speech I thought. I think it was also dumb on their parts being that they were in the public eye and it would affect their jobs and reputations in a major way to be involved in such a thing. Am I guilty of saying deragatory things about people of other races? Yes I am, as a matter of fact, I say them about my own race from time to time. I'm sure that behind closed doors, people say all kinds of things about others that they won't publicly admit to. My life will not, has not, or ever will change because of a comment made by anyone about my race. I know who I am as a person and there is nothing that anybody can say to make me believe otherwise. Now they've found a new person to pick on.....SANTA CLAUS people....SANTA CLAUS!!!!!! What's gonna happen next? " Ho, Ho, Ho" is a bad thing now!!! Come one folks......"Like they say, If the shoe fits, wear it. If it doesn't toss the thing to side and keep a steppin". I think that I am gonna post this question:" When was the Constitution changed? Question being asked b/c it seems as if freedom of speech is a joke in 2007"
