In the Verizon LG Dare commercial with the girl on the ledge, is there a cheeseburger in the foreground?

It looks like there is a juicy cheeseburger and chips in the foreground when the camera pans back. My sister-in-law insists that it is a building but to me it looks like a half-eaten cheeseburger. My brother wants to eat the rest of it so we need to know ASAP!
