I relly want a pet but i do not know what kind?

Hi i love animals i have one dog named holly she is a poodle and 2 goldfish Jitters and Gloria so i want a diffrent pet .see my dad cant have a lot of sheading fur of cats around him and he loves birds and hates rodents so dose my mom only she hates birds both do not like insect or spiters and my dog hates other dogs i live on a golf corse and my grandma lives 5 mins. away with lots of land i live in MO so that is the weather i what to get it at a shelter but i have know idea what i want so any one have and comments and no i will not go to a pet store unless it is pet smart becaus the do not use puppy mills the ASPCA comes on saterdays or something well i am blank but loves anything that i can train and love oh and i am 13 so i can tak care of my own pet
