How can I potty train my 2-year old min pin fully?

what you are doing is good, but make sure when you yell she understands she has been bad not that you are mad, try not yelling until you have cought her, take her out more often and when she goes you really need to tell her she is being really good reall praise her, treats, soft/execited voise, say good girl (or whatever you say) act like you are trainher for the first time she will likly pick up on it fully
